Because every carolemon set is hand-painted specifically for you, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or design variations. Each set is a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art โ€” that's the magic of custom! ๐Ÿ’–

24-hour modification window

Changed your mind right after ordering? You have 24 hours from purchase to modify or cancel your order โ€” before hand-painting begins. After that, your set is already in progress and changes won't be possible.

Email hello@carolemonnails.com with your order number as soon as possible.

quality concerns

If something doesn't look right when your set arrives, reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the nails in question

Every case is reviewed individually and resolved with a replacement, discount, or store credit depending on the situation.

shipping & lost packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to them. If your tracking shows "delivered" but nothing arrived, please contact your local post office โ€” they can investigate with the carrier directly.

We're not able to issue refunds for carrier delays or lost packages, but we'll do our best to help you figure it out.

rush order exception

Rush orders come with a 4-business-day processing commitment. If we miss that deadline, the rush fee (and only the rush fee) is refunded in full โ€” your custom set still gets made and shipped. We take our timelines seriously. ๐Ÿ™Œ
